Increasing the overall size of the antigen-antibody complex results in increased signal strength and assay sensitivity. CORTEX BIOCHEM offers several antibodies to reagents which provide mechanisms for signal enhancement and antibody bridging. Bridging will occur when a hapten on one antibody is recognized by a second label antibody; this allows for the introduction of an additional detection mechanism.
